Built around a straightforward idea
Verdic Lane was founded with a particular kind of client in mind — one who needs legal guidance but doesn't want to wade through unnecessary complexity to get it. We work from a small office on Jalan Stonor in Kuala Lumpur, and we keep our practice focused on areas where we can genuinely be of use.
Our work centres on three areas: immigration and work permit matters, regulatory compliance reviews, and notarisation and documentation services. These are areas where clarity matters and where the cost of errors — missed deadlines, incomplete filings, improperly authenticated documents — can be significant.

Compliance Specialist
Focuses on regulatory compliance and corporate secretarial work. Has reviewed compliance frameworks for businesses across retail, technology, and professional services sectors in Malaysia.
Siti Farah
Documentation & Client Liaison
Manages notarisation and document preparation work, and serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their engagement. Speaks English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently.
